We ship worldwide unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2. Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment.

3. Transit times

UAE: 1–3 business days

International: 5–14 business days (depending on region and carrier)

4. Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on destination and method.

5. Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID once your order has left our warehouse.

6. Customs & import fees
For deliveries outside the UAE, duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the customer. These are not included in the purchase price.
